    We have an opening for a Marketing Communications Specialist at our Atlanta, Georgia facility.

    JOB PURPOSEThe Marketing Communications Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the growth and profitability of PAG companies by facilitating various marketing activities, managing content creation, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

    This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong creative, organizational, and communication skills. The Marketing Coordinator must excel in project management and demonstrate proficiency in graphic design and marketing software. Must have a focus on delivering an amazing experience for all individuals involved in marketing process.

    The role involves working with the Marketing team and our external agency partners to develop and implement key initiatives to align with the company's strategic objectives.


    JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEssential Job Functions:
    Collaborates with global sales, technical staff, facility leaders and marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs.

    Gathers the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyzes these materials to determine the most effective communications technique.

    Based on assessment of marketing need; designs, drafts, and proposes communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, video, and other multimedia.

    Project Management (Assessment, Prioritization, Organization, Proactive Problem Solving, Follow-through to Completion)

    Collaborate on the design, development, and administration of corporate internal marketing/communication materials and specific programs.
    Presents design ideas and recommendations to marketing leadership, committee, or team leads as needed.
    Support digital marketing coordinator with eblasts and social media.
    Evaluates and assesses campaign success and publishes campaign reports when completed.
    Collects and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.
    Manages email inbox submissions from website for addition to marketing leads and lists.
    Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives.

    Forecasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis.

    Develop and distribute internal and external communications related to tradeshows.
    Manage logistics for North/South America Regional and USA National Tradeshows, including inbound and outbound shipping for giveaways and supplies.
    Attends trade shows and community fairs and staffs the company booth and provides support in other areas as needed.
    Assist with Asia Pacific and European shows as required.
    Facilitate the ordering process for business cards and name badges.
    Coordinate inventory for the Online Swag Store.
    Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential clients.

    Knowledge of general office clerical procedures.
    Strong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    Ability to regularly exercise sound judgment.


    JOB SPECIFICATIONSEducation/Training:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field

    Experience:
    At least three years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service, or related field preferred. Aviation or Manufacturing Industry experience is a plus.

    Other duties may be assigned in role to support other Marketing personnel or projects.
