    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with customers right away, identify their needs, and conduct all transactions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
    • Evaluate and price used merchandise according to established guidelines.
    • Become skilled in operating a computerized Point of Sale (POS) system for handling sales transactions, purchases, and returns.
    Qualifications:
    • Retail experience preferred, especially in similar product lines; however, we are willing to train the right person.
    • Strong customer service skills are a must.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours a day.
    • Lifting up to 40 lbs. without assistance is required, and heavier lifting may be needed with team support or equipment.
    • Bending, rotating, and reaching typical of a retail setting are necessary, including receiving, pricing, and stocking merchandise.
    • Ability to operate a computerized sales terminal is essential.
