summary Temecula Manufacturing Warehouse Seeking A Production Lead Base Pay $21/hour Shift 2:15pm-10:45pm Monday-Friday, Training 2-3 weeks on 1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm)

Job Duties will consist of the following:
Lead assigned personnel on shift to meet productivity and efficiency targets Conduct accuracy/quality audits by verifying product quantity/quality Complete tasks as assigned and resolve day to day problems Perform computer system input Train and cross-train new employees in various job functions Perform and support all job requirements as directed by supervisor and/or manager Assist with daily shift-start meetings Operate fork-lift equipment or other warehouse machinery Other duties as assigned required-skills: Bilingual, preferred Detail-oriented Ability to maintain accurate records Ability to lift 50 pounds or more Good communication and organizational skills required-experience: 6+ Months
