    About the RoleThe Director, HR Strategy reports to the Executive Vice-President and Chief Human Resources Officer and is responsible for developing, implementing, communicating, and executing HR strategy across the organization.

    The Director, HR Strategy will play a critical role in shaping our company culture, driving employee engagement, and driving organizational growth.

    Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and drive organizational growth.
    Lead change management initiatives related to HR processes, policies, and systems to support organizational growth and development.
    Utilize data and analytics to inform HR decision-making, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and identify areas for improvement.

    Be the point person for the creating, coordinating and following-up on all matters that relate to Board or company material.

    Incorporate external best practices to enhance the company's HR strategy.

    Who we are looking for10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR leadership role.

    Project management experience.
    University degree in HR or a related field.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
    Ability to effectively influence and communicate with senior leadership.
    Your preferred qualificationsStrong PowerPoint and Excel skills. Global travel approximately 10% of time.
