Job summary
The Director of Business Transformation will be a key member of the Transformation Office responsible for managing and delivering on the company's critical transformation programs.Akumin is looking to transform the outpatient radiology space through autonomous workflows.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for planning & execution of critical initiatives working with cross-functional teams & vendors.
- Detailed oriented and meticulousness in planning the initiatives with target dates, KPIs to measure success, & resource planning.
- Establish a strong operating mechanism to monitor and control initiatives including tracking progress against plans, managing risks, removing barriers & keeping stakeholders apprised.
