Division Director of Clinical Operations in Assistive Care and Assistive Care State Programs practices to oversee clinical leadership and drive execution of high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
- Promote the growth of BAYADA AC/ACSP offices as a specialty within the organization by leading and supporting the practices to achieve and maintain best-in-class standards of clinical and service excellence.
- Evaluate operational performance to determine if clinical objectives and tactics are achieving desired outcomes; adapts plan as needed to achieve desired results.
