    Job Description


    The Full-Time Houseman/Driver role is a hands-on position that requires adaptability, versatility, and physical stamina.




    • General maintenance and minor repairs such as fixing leaky faucets or keeping the grounds tidy.

    • Driving duties including driving a Sprinter van.

    • Cleaning the house, washing cars, fueling car checking oil coordinating with mechanics for bigger fixes performing household errands pet care tasks like feeding walking playing with dogs taking them to groomers cleaning out dog kennels assisting guests during small gatherings events assembling furniture painting getting grill working again handling various other taskas needed
