Duties Include:
Responsible for working with the entire CPC team to support a team approach and positive work environment for direct reports and drivers.
Responsible for contributing to and executing the procedures that are created and helping guide the CPC dispatch team members through the day-to-day operations of P&G dispatch.
Responsible for the continuous flow of information into, through, and out of the dispatch office and up through management and the customer.
Involved in the process of interviewing applicants for their Direct Report positions and other positions (as directed) for hiring by making recommendations.
Involved in the performance review of direct reports and other positions (as directed) and making recommendations regarding promotions and disciplinary action including discharge.
