Summary
The goal of the clinical Operations Manager – Mental Health/SUD is to run clinical reports, keep supplies filled and up-to-date, train Mental Health Support Specialists/Clinical Secretaries, do intakes and monitor schedules. They will work directly for the Clinical Director and/or the Program Director, as well as, give guidance to staff in areas they are responsible for. They should be efficient and well-spoken with the ability to create relationships with a diverse population.
