Required Skills and Experience *

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training and experience

5 - 10 years estimating, cost control and/or engineering experience (at least 4 years estimating experience) in similar facility construction.

Thorough knowledge of construction procedures, estimating techniques, all engineering disciplines, cost control systems and account required.

Job Description *

Insight Global is looking for an Estimator to join one of our main manufacturing customers in Canonsburg, PA. As the Estimator you will provide and/or coordinate full estimating services on a variety of projects for the company. This estimator should have a solid understanding of ground up construction including both building and civil disciplines. A background in heavy power or industrial sectors would be preferred. This person will also

be review and incorporating historical data from cost reports, productivity analysis reports, etc. into unit and man-hour cost for current estimates. They will be responsible for reviewing proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate. In addition, this individual will provide complete conceptual or actual estimate by divisional AIA code and final estimating input on complex projects.

Compensation:

$100,000 to $130,000.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
