    Description

    In the Small Projects Sales Manager role, your responsibility will be to develop, train, mentor, and motivate our Service-Sales representatives (Client Partners) towards improving performance.

    To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sales techniques and the ability to motivate employees of varying seniority and skill sets.

    Defining goals and strategies to maximize sales
    Identifying areas of improvement and providing help towards specific issues
    Ability to create metrics and track performance
    Conducting regular forecasting and pipeline activities
    Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Business or Finance acceptable, along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in energy service industry with direct customer-interface experience either in sales or client relationship, or equivalent experience
    Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office Products particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    While performing the primary functions of the job, the employee is regularly exposed to a general office environment.

    During periods of project site visits, the employee will be exposed to outside weather conditions as well as mechanical equipment rooms which could consist of confined spaces and loud noises.

    This job will require approximately 10-30% travel to project sites. Travel will occur using an automobile or by airplane to destinations.
