- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and accurately
- Dispatch technicians/drivers out to job sites
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and track shipments
- Collaborate with transportation planning teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Communicate effectively with shipping/receiving departments to track shipments
- Previous experience as a dispatcher or a customer service-related field preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and the MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with GPS systems and the South Metro area
