    We are hiring experienced Lead Surface Mount Technology Operators with the expertise and attention to detail to contribute to the production of high-quality electronic components.

    Pay starts at $20.00-$24.00 per hour, operating on 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm. Employees are eligible to enroll in our Medical, Dental, Vision, and other benefit plans after 60 days of employment.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years' experience in Surface Mount Technology
    • Experience with Juki, Mirtec (AOI) and MPM machines or other SMT Pick and Place
    • Familiarity with electronic component identification
    • Computer literacy
    • Ability to work independently and follow the production schedule
    • Ability to read and interpret shop floor paperwork, production instructions, and safety procedures

    The Lead SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Machine Operator plays a vital role in the precision-driven world of electronics manufacturing. As the Lead SMT Operator, you will be responsible for a range of critical tasks, from machine set-up to meticulous PCB (Printed Circuit Board) inspection, ensuring the smooth operation of the SMT assembly line.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Machine set-up to job specs
    • Operating SMT machines
    • Set up of SMT assembly line
    • PCB inspection
    • Monitoring and maintaining machinery and equipment
    • Use of calipers and micrometers subassembly and use of blueprints and drawings
