R&D Chemist – CatalystsMid-sized specialty chemical company is looking for an experienced chemist in catalyst design and development. The person in this position will help to grow product lines in a hands-on R&D setting. Company offers excellent benefits with competitive pay; great opportunities for growth
Reporting to the Product Development Manager, Catalysts, the R&D Chemist – Catalysts will:
Lead technical implementation of assigned product development programs, innovation strategies, and key initiatives in alignment with Technology Leadership, Product Management, and Commercial stakeholders
Champion a safety-first culture by driving EHS best practices throughout the organization and facility and create initiatives that reinforce best safety practices, habits, and behaviors
Launch products, provide field support, and participate in meetings which may necessitate some travel and overnight stays
