Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
Understands basic machining techniques. Processes product using various CNC Machines.
Able to set up and operate 3 axis CNC equipment. Verify your own product using basic inspection equipment. Deburr parts.
Follow Quality Management Systems (QMS) procedures.
Process work within performance and delivery requirements:
Meet established productivity standards. Follow communicated job priority instructions. Communicate production delays and problems to appropriate supervisor. Utilize ERP system to document work movement. 8. TeamworkSupport all members of the Manufacturing and Orion team fully to achieve company, departmental, and personal goals, and objectives.
Maintain 6S and Lean manufacturing best practices.
Participate in team and company meetings.
Role model proper work ethics, behaviors, hygiene, and dress.9. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements Previous manufacturing experience (preferably possessing experience running CNC Mills)
Ability to interpret blueprints and specificationsExperience using basic inspection equipmentOrganizational abilityProblem solving skillsWillingness to support training needs of new employeesOther Duties:
