VP, Client Development – eCommerce Solutions - Dallas, TX

Job summary
The principal responsibility of the VP Client Development will be to attract enroll and retain merchants in the eCommerce Solutions program.This includes identifying soliciting pitching and following up with enrolled merchants and relaying feedback to product and marketing teams.
This leader will engage small digital merchants encouraging them to properly integrate and deploy Synchrony assets to grow their businesses and the credit program.
This manager will also pitch distribution partners e.g web agencies nascent platforms who have access to networks of small merchants and can enroll at scale,
- Pitch prospective merchants sharing Synchrony eCommerce Solutions communicating how Synchrony can help small mid-size digital merchants grow their businesses
- Engage existing merchants encouraging merchants to deploy Synchrony marketing assets maximize program value
- Catch dropped or partial leads in the eCommerce funnel establishing contact working enroll activate those merchant
- Reengage dropped merchant fail complete underwriting process
- Earn sure program performance sales goals met
- Partner cross-functional team growth strategies
- Maintain competitive information relay learnings Product teams improve solution
