- Develop and execute the strategic sourcing plan for IT categories, including hardware, software, telecommunication services, and other technology solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment with sourcing strategy
- Identify cost-savings opportunities and drive negotiations to secure favorable pricing and terms from suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and service level expectations are met
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform decision-making and identify potential new suppliers
- Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations as needed
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to IT sourcing
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing for IT categories
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating with suppliers and achieving cost savings targets
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, market trends, and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
- Professional certification in supply chain management (e.g. CSCP, CPSM) or procurement (e.g. CPSM, CPP)
- Experience in the packaging industry or related field
