    The Program Manager in the Family Justice Center is responsible for the overall administration, direction, and
    management of case management services in strong collaboration and partnership with ENDGBV administrative
    staff.


    Salary:
    $63,000 - $66,000


    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


    • Provide direct supervision to the case managers, intensive case managers, gender-based violence
    specialists, and economic empowerment and housing specialists.


    • Carry a small caseload of high-risk cases with complex system involvement as needed.
    • Develop strong relationships and liaise regularly with onsite partners to ensure strong collaboration
    amongst FJC partners with client consent.


    • Responsible for regularly compiling client information and sending monthly reports to ENDGBV
    administrative staff.


    • In collaboration with ENDGBV, participate in outreach events in the community to raise awareness
    about domestic violence and services offered at the FJCs.


    • Regularly participate in FJC partner meetings, including team meetings, specific collaboration meetings
    for program disciplines or roles, and ongoing training.


    • Conduct relevant training for FJC on-site partners on best case management and advocacy practices
    when needed.


    • Adhere to confidentiality practices and protocols,
    • Always ensure appropriate coverage at the FJC, including days when the home agency's holiday calendar
    does not coincide with the NYC Holiday Calendar (which the FJC operates by); and


    • Other duties as requested that enhance the mission of the FJCs as mutually agreed upon by the Program
    Provider and ENDGBV.


    SPECIFICATIONS FOR EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES


    • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work or related field and 3-5 years working with survivors of domestic
    and gender-based violence with 4-6 years of relevant supervisory and program management.


    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE



    • At least 3-5 years working with survivors of domestic
    and gender-based violence with 4-6 years of relevant supervisory and program management.


    • At least 2-4 years of supervisory and program management experience.
    • Experience assisting clients in obtaining public benefits such as public assistance, Medicaid, housing,
    SNAP, and other benefits.


    • Strong commitment to equity and social justice, including a focus on self-awareness and engagement of
    continuous learning around issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion; high level of Emotional Intelligence
    (EQ)


    • Demonstrated sensitivity and experience with and/or knowledge of domestic violence within and
    against disenfranchised communities, including individuals who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual,
    transgender, queer, and/or HIV-affected, the elderly, and individuals with mental health issues.


    • Must possess a demonstrated ability in delivering client services, including communication and listening
    skills, understanding of human interaction and personality development, writing and recording case
    documentation, and skills in group counseling.


    • Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly.
    • Exceptional interpersonal, critical thinking, communication, and writing skills, and the ability to develop
    positive and productive relationships.


    • Superb and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
    • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing
    demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.


    • Must have the ability to be flexible with work schedule due to program needs.
