    Description

    Staffco is seeking skilled nurses to provide in-home care to patients in Bardstown. As a Private Duty LPN/RN, you will work closely with the Director of Patient Care Services to deliver high-quality patient care.

    • Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with service plans, physician orders, and agency policies.
    • Maintain accurate clinical progress notes and follow client service plans as developed by registered nurses according to agency policy.
    • Communicate effectively with patients and staff regarding health status and needs.

    Educational Requirements

    A valid Kentucky nursing license (LPN or RN) is required. Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain is also necessary. A TB skin test or current/valid result within the past year may be requested depending on exposure risk levels associated individual locations where healthcare providers interact directly clients whether those interactions involve hands touching surfaces objects during procedures done daily routines sports leisure activities etc.
