We're seeking a proactive, detail‑driven Account Manager to support our Sales Team and help nurture both new and existing client relationships.In this client-facing role, you'll guide projects from kickoff to completion—building rapport with clients, coordinating cross‑department workflows,
managing timelines,
and ensuring smooth operations and financial accuracy.
Your work will directly support the delivery of exceptional brand experiences
- Serve as a primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Understand client needs project goals opportunities for account growth Track project progress across design estimating production accounting Develop maintain project timelines ensuring alignment across all stakeholders Coordinate estimates proposals service orders approval processes Manage graphics layout files project documentation when no Project Manager assigned Review setup drawings booth orientation utilities internal teams Oversee job packages including drawings manifests BOLs service orders Schedule participate internal launch meetings pre-shipping reviews Monitor installation progress provide timely updates clients staff Address document onsite issues arising Capture process change orders proper authorization Review job profitability collaborate accounting final billing Lead post-project reviews identify learnings opportunities improvement Travel Travel required based on client programs event schedules What You Bring Experience Education Bachelor's degree Business Marketing Communications related field preferred 3–5 years experience account management client services or project/event coordination Experience exhibits experiential marketing plus Demonstrated ability manage clients timelines budgets deliverables Skills Strengths Strong relationship-building interpersonal communication skills Highly organized juggle multiple deadlines Confident clear communicator written verbal Comfortable leading both internal client-facing meetings Collaborative problem-solver thrives fast-paced environments Financially savvy interpret estimates support profitability tracking Technical Skills Proficient Microsoft Office especially Excel PowerPoint Able coordinate workflow departments stakeholders
