The Data Center Technician I is a market-based position responsible for providing physical and technical support to customers and resources in a data center environment.
Responsibilities include establishing customer relationships, monitoring and troubleshooting technical issues, performing security walkthroughs, tracking time spent on tasks, ensuring accurate entry of labor on timesheets, following company standards, executing operational tasks under guidance from senior team members.
