    The Department of Earth and Spatial Sciences at the University of Idaho (Moscow, ID) is recruiting two Geography Ph.
    D. students to conduct research related to human adaptation to, and perceptions of, climate change.

    The successful applicants will work with a team of scientists from Idaho, Nevada, and South Carolina as part of a National Science Foundation funded 4-year project focuses on Local and Place Based Adaptation to Climate Change in Undeserved Rural Communities.

    One PhD student will focus on remote sensing and spatial analysis of environments under change and the second will focus on climate science, modeling, and visualizations.
