The Legal Intern will assist Senior Counsel & Risk Officer in providing advanced legal, compliance and insurance support to RESICAP and its affiliates.Responsibilities
- Draft contractual documents and explain them.
- Assist with litigation being handled by outside counsel.
- Advise operations teams on various legal issues that arise during asset management phases.
