    HEALTHCARE ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST | REMOTEThe Select Group is looking for a talented Healthcare Enrollment Specialist to join one of our top healthcare partners.

    This person will be part of a team that rolls customers onto a new platform.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, use ServiceNow for ticketing, and have strong customer service skills.

    HEALTHCARE ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS2-3+ years of experience working in a Healthcare Enrollment roleExperience assisting end users and customers with enrolling, transitioning, and supporting customers as they enroll into a healthcare programGreat customer service will have to talk to customers frequently over the phoneDetail-orientedExperience using ServiceNow for ticketingBonus skill: Knowledge of certain healthcare-specific formsHEALTHCARE ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIESProvide customer resolution to inbound calls, emails and messagingEdit PDFs and update different formsProvide enrollment assistance for all payersEnsure timely credentialing and contact loading/transfer with payersProcess healthcare enrollment plans for small group and large groupTransfer client employees to their chosen plansTrack errors outside of audits made by teammates while working through the installation process and record for leadership to provide coaching opportunitiesHandle occasional outbound calls to better assist brokers with any questions or provide better detail of missing information needed on pending groupsTSG is an equal opportunity employer.
