- Serves as a liaison between customers, operations, and cross-functional teams.
- Supports in training new hires and business partners on system applications, customer relationship management policies, and procedures.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to address escalations and implement corrective actions.
- Investigates and resolves appointment inefficiencies and other freight-related issues.
- Identifies and communicates freight-related issues and channels them to the correct department.
- Analyzes reports to identify deficiencies resulting from service failures.
- Maintains records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Monitors and responds to system requests across various channels in a timely and professional manner.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, AS400, and Customer Relationship Management software.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
