BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician

for our

Brand-New

Oshkosh, WI

location which opened in January 2026.

In this role, you'll have the backing of a respected health system, and the collaboration of collegial Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians.

Practice Highlights :
Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based internal medicine, with inpatient and/or procedural opportunities if desired
1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly
Join an established team of 2 physicians and 1 APC
Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools

Clinic Hours :
M-Th 7:00a-6:00p, F 7:00a-5:00p

Call Rotation :
Once per week and 3-4 weekends per year. ThedaCare On Call, a nurse triage service, screen all calls before transferring them to the on-call provider.

Income Details:
Two-year salary guarantee providing financial stability during practice start-up
