Job summary
We are searching for a result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to join our Vantage Team.A typical day may include: performing B2B sales activities from lead generation through closure within the Elevator Contracting & Consulting business, visiting customer business & job sites to support/promote Vantage company's products & services,
promoting and selling Elevator Equipment solutions including, Machines, Controls, Door Equipment, and Signal Fixtures with special emphasis on packaged solutions combining all areas of our portfolio,
researching sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential,
developing strong customer relationships with decision makers at key accounts and consulting firms,
creating and maintaining account plans for existing customers highlighting profile market share competition value opportunities formulation strategies building growing accounts maximizing potential value researching gathering analyzing maintaining disseminating information assigned accounts exception knowledge customer competitors well versed in customer problems initiatives goals needs issues coordinating sales efforts sales management accounting technical services groups providing regular sales activity reports appropriate feedback field utilizing MS CRM
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline
- Five to ten years of technical sales key account management experience serving the Elevator or closely related manufacturing industry proven track record of success
- Excellent communication skills organizational skills ability work team-oriented organization working Knowledge MS Office suite software previous experience utilizing CRM managing sales activities
