We are looking for a seasoned Nonprofit Financial Leader for a DC based Nonprofit CFO role. The organization is around $40M in annual revenue and looking to diversify it's revenue streams. This role will report to the CEO & President and have full oversight of Finance, Accounting and Compliance teams. They are looking for a previous nonprofit CFO with a CPA and good understanding of grants accounting and reporting. Will be 2 days onsite required and 3 days remote.

Ideal Background:

• 15+ years of Nonprofit industry experience in an Accounting & Finance capacity
• CPA required
• Strong understanding of Grants Accounting & Compliance
• 10+ years of Financial Management and Supervisory experience
• Experienced with process improvement and change management initiatives
