Summary of Position

This position is responsible for the unloading/reloading of cylinder tubes to/from vehicle securement areas. Tube preparation including blasting, sanding, thread repair, inspection, testing and painting is part of this position function. Handling of the vehicle and tubes during task completions must be accomplished using safe and efficient techniques which prevent damage to parts or fellow workers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certified from a two-year college or technical school preferred
• One-year related experience and/or training a must
• Ability to lift heavy items up to 60 pounds consistently required
• Ability to identify and measure material
• Ability to produce quality products consistently
• Ability to follow instructions given both verbally and in written form
• Must be reliable with a strong work ethic

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or GED.
