Job Summary
We are looking for a Hardware Team Manager to join our US Product Development team Our team is responsible for developing next generation 5G network radios for our global customer base As the leader of the Dallas DPD PA Hardware team this role encompasses comprehensive team management responsibilities focusing on both personal and professional development The position involves supporting coaching and growing team members while ensuring their wellbeing and career advancement It would be nice if you also had General engineering knowledge of Analog digital power and mechanical design Experience with manufacturing assembly process and quality standards Experience with RF testing including testing against 3GPP FCC telecom standards
Responsibilities
