    The schedule includes dedicated surgical and clinic days, plus a favorable call structure that continues to improve as the team grows.

    Practice & Compensation Highlights:
    Turnkey practice with ramp-up in 30 days
    Level II NICU + 5-star patient satisfaction ratings
    Q4 call rotation moving to Q6 in future
    Dedicated weekly surgery day for gynecologic cases
    Three clinic days per week, 22 patients/day
    15+ deliveries/month on average
    24/7 neonatology and OB hospitalist coverage
    Two Da Vinci Xi robots + vNOTES procedures
    Fully equipped clinic: 15 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, dedicated staff
    Competitive base salary + RVU incentives
    Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance

    27 PTO days + 6 holidays + 5 CME days + CME allowance
