The Phlebotomist III - Float serves as the primary point of contact for patients seeking routine testing or critical health insights.Responsibilities
- Collecting high-quality blood specimens and preparing them for laboratory testing while strictly adhering to established policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Creating a professional, calm, and trusting environment by clearly explaining procedures and performing venipuncture in a safe, accurate, and skillful manner.
- Daily operational tasks must be completed accurately and on time in fast-paced and high-volume settings.
