Responsibilities
- Expert-level pneumatic and electric actuator valve assembly
- setting stops limit switches positioner setup solenoid tubing electric actuator valve assembly setting torque limit switches testing.
Skills & Abilities
- Mastery of valve assembly according company standards Demonstrated proficiency automated valve testing applicable codes standards Advanced mechanical skills mathematical skills ability measurement equipment Familiar Safety Data Sheets SDS recognize contaminated valve Advanced understanding air supply pressure input signals # mA Basic OSHA TWIC card required Strong oral written communication skills Ability communicate professionally customers representative company demonstrate understanding field job process Demonstrate attitude excellent customer service skills Follow Quality Standardization Procedures aspects value testing process Recognition missing parts Mastery repair company standards Advanced knowledge various shop equipment test stand machining etc Minimal supervision required Ability travel clear driving record accordance company driving guidelines Must clear background check drug alcohol screening.
