    1-Analyze Title Searches.

    2-Prepare and review real estate documents, including contracts, deeds, leases, and closing documents.

    3-Coordinate real estate transactions from inception to closing, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and deadlines are met.

    4-Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.

    5-Maintain organized electronic and physical files for each transaction.

    6-Handle post-closing matters, including recording documents and disbursing funds.

    Requirements:

    1-Experience as a real estate paralegal preferred.

    2-Understanding of real estate transactions, contracts, and title insurance.

    3-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    4-Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    5-Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and review.
