As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting talent and market research to support the recruiting team's ongoing growth needs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn about the various functions of a company including engineering, product, design, how they operate, and how to identify top talent in each of those functions.
