About the Role and the Company:
We're looking for an Overnight Custodian / Member Services Representative to join our team. The Overnight Custodian / Member Services Representative plays a critical role in maintaining cleanliness throughout our facility to ensure a positive experience for our members while delivering exceptional customer service to both members and guests.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

• Custodial:
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and all areas of the facility.
  • Organize maintenance rooms and storage closets.
  • Handle basic maintenance repairs and promptly address facility concerns.
• Member Service Representative:
  • Greet and assist members and guests, handle sign-ups, process transactions, and address inquiries professionally.
  • Answer phones, conduct tours, and ensure member safety.

Your Qualifications:

• Experience working the 3rd shift.
• Custodial and customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer and Point of Sale skills.
• Willingness to become CPR/AED Certified.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, walking, lifting, and occasional climbing and kneeling.
• Capability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and heavy equipment may occur.
