Job description
We're looking for someone to help us automate and produce short-form video content for amateur football clubs using AI-powered tools.
What you'll be building:
Automated highlight reels from match footage, social media video content (match previews, score updates, post-match recaps), and branded intro/outro sequences - using tools like Remotion, Shotstack, Runway, Kling, or similar AI video platforms.
Your responsibilities:
You'll design video generation workflows that can be templated and reused across 50+ clubs, create prompt strategies for AI video tools to produce engaging sports content, build or help integrate automated pipelines that take match data and footage and output polished clips, and collaborate on our existing stream infrastructure.
You're a great fit if you:
- Have produced AI-generated or AI-assisted video content (show us examples)
- Know tools like Remotion, Shotstack API, Runway, Pika, or HeyGen
- Understand football culture and what fans actually want to watch and share
- Can think in systems — we need templates that scale across dozens of clubs, not oneoff edits
Deliverables:
Working video generation workflow, 5+ template types, integration plan with our stack.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
