    Job Details:
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Machinist to join our team in the manufacturing industry.

    This is a great opportunity for a skilled machinist who is passionate about creating high-quality products and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining, shaping, mold creation, and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM).

    This role requires a high level of precision, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to meeting production deadlines.


    Responsibilities:

    • Operating and maintaining various types of machining equipment, including lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
    • Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to produce parts and tools.
    • Creating and modifying molds for production processes.
    • Using Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software to design and control manufacturing processes.
    • Inspecting and testing completed products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
    • Troubleshooting and resolving issues with machines and equipment.
    • Collaborating with engineers and other team members to improve production processes.
    • Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
    • Performing routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
    • Training and mentoring less experienced machinists, as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a machinist in the manufacturing industry.
    • Proficient in operating and maintaining various types of machining equipment.
    • Strong knowledge of shaper, machining, mold creation, and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM).
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and a high level of precision.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
    • Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
    • Ability to meet production deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
    • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
