    Job Description:

    We are seeking a talented individual with a unique combination of Scrum Master and Agile Coach experience, preferably with a certification as a Scrum Master and a proven track record in driving Digital Transformation projects from Waterfall to Agile methodologies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive Digital Transformation programs for UI/UX, utilizing proficiency in UI/UX standard methodologies.
    • Demonstrate hands-on experience with Angular, React, or Mobile application development.
    • Utilize JIRA Epics Stories throughout the project lifecycle and maintain proficiency in Velocity and KPI measures.
    • Coach and mentor teams and senior managers in agile practices, ensuring top-down adoption of standard methodologies.
    • Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching.
    • Champion the use of metrics and objective measures by teams to drive continuous improvement.
    • Conduct daily stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams to review project status and troubleshoot issues.
    • Support teams in resolving resource allocations to maintain agile practices and ensure project delivery.
    • Lead agile workshops for developer and functional teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Certified Scrum Master with proven experience in Agile methodologies.
    • Proficiency in UI/UX standard methodologies.
    • Hands-on experience with Angular, React, or Mobile application development is a plus.
    • Strong proficiency in JIRA Epics Stories and familiarity with Velocity and KPI measures.
    • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
    • Ability to drive cultural change and champion an agile approach.
