    React is seeking a Senior Digital Strategist who will play a key role in collaborating with internal teams to provide strategic support across a range of dynamic and growing accounts.

    We are looking for someone with the ability to synthesize multiple, diverse inputs (qualitative, quantitative, and best practices) to support cohesive strategic recommendations that are firmly grounded in findings and are actionable per aligned objectives.

    The Digital Strategist must be able to run and participate in discovery sessions, and present ideas, insights, and recommendations internally and externally to the client.


    DAY TO DAY DUTIES
    Support the discovery process and help develop strategic recommendations for diverse digital projects (site launches or redesigns, new customer experiences, go-to-market strategies, post-launch engagement and optimization strategies)
    Develop an understanding of a client's market and audiences, helping define their business and marketing objectives, and performing competitive reviews
    Help build measurable KPIs around business and marketing goals, employing analytics to inform recommendations and to measure results
    Assist with development of content strategies, helping clients articulate brand positioning and defining unique differentiators and value propositions
    Identify and utilize research to optimally target strategies: mining customer journey insights to support digitally-focused marketing plans; actively gathering, tracking, and reporting pertinent information / activities; monitoring and reporting category, audience, and competitor trends / activities for clients' brands
    Collaborate with / support lead strategists in the research, analysis, and strategic formulation that contributes to development of creative briefs and strategic initiatives
    Participate in collaborative working sessions with cross-discipline teams, utilizing the insights and information you gained from your extensive research efforts
    Assist with the development of client workshops, presentations, and working sessions to present market insights / opportunities, define brand and commercial strategies, and present strategic recommendations
    Contribute to new business opportunities working alongside and in support of the lead strategist
    Participate in internal brainstorm and strategic and tactical planning discussions, contributing category, customer, competitor, cultural knowledge, and insights
    The ability to creatively solve problems as well as adjust to shifting priorities
    Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to connecting with client stakeholders to build ongoing relationships and to gain an understanding of their needs and translate those into actionable business requirements and recommendations
    A passion for technology, innovation and consumer-centered digital experiences
    Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments, and work in a fast-paced environment

    REQUIREMENTS
    Conversant with digital marketing best practices
    Strong sense of ownership with a bias for action and willingness to roll up your sleeves
    Have excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
    Extensive client relationship-building experience is a plus
    Strong working knowledge of market research approaches and tools/resources
    Able to travel when absolutely necessary
    4 Year's Experience working in an Interactive / Marketing / Advertising company
    Knowledge of Google Slides
    Desire to learn and continuously stay current with industry trends, technologies, etc.
