Job summary
We are looking for an Research Scientist to join our team at AWS Training and Certification (T&C). The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, leverage technology (AI/ML tools), analyze data, experiment, stay current with trends, identify opportunities to aid in product and strategy development and provide insights for T&C around the science of learning and what is coming.The role requires extending existing scientific techniques and inventing new ones to understand how learners learn and how learning evolves. You will envision new ways to solve customer problems create innovative experiences enable organizations to solve business problems through upskilling their workforce.
- Apply your expertise in scientific research analysis design conduct scalable research projects that address opportunities in learning credentialing international audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams engineers business product others define requirements establish success metrics deliver high-quality solutions.
- Use statistical methodologies understand relationships between key metrics related measures regression structural equation modeling etc.
- Conduct thorough data analysis gain insights identify patterns drive actionable recommendations enhance T&C operational performances customer experiences.
