    This is a remote position.

    Paradigm is seeking an experienced Program Manager to work for our global client in the information technology sector. This person will provide Project Management support to a team that manufactures HW/SW telecommunications solutions for remote and hybrid work. They will also be implementing long term solutions that address needs/gaps identified by the Market Category teams, leading a cross-functional team to assess/validate gaps identified in critical markets, developing mid-and long-term strategies for closure, and leading the overall execution effort. This candidate should have experience dealing with Category (Sales) Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, and Trade and Regulatory compliance subject matter experts.

    As a Program Manager, you will:
    • Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
    • Lead and/or provide expertise to functional project teams and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
    • Act as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
    • Exercise significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine the best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
    • Apply advanced subject matter knowledge to manage and lead a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for the team's telecommunications service offering.
    • Develop and direct development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program.
    • Manage activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners; ensure progress against established plan and make determinations based on analysis of business information.
    • Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborate with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules.
    • Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the manufacturing and/or engineering organization.
    • Develop a business case decision framework that can be used across multiple projects.
    • Lead cross-functional core team to develop strategy to close gaps for each product line/market opportunity.
    • Lead team in the exploration of options/alternatives and recommend solutions for implementation.
    • Develop and maintain an overarching project schedule for solution implementation.
    • Maintain and report progress weekly.


    Requirements

    Our skills and experience wish-list includes:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
    • PMP/PMI certification preferred.
    • 5+ years experience in hardware/electronics manufacturing for business applications.
    • Extensive experience using project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.).
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to communicate program plans, proposals, and results effectively, and negotiate options at senior management levels.
