This role provides guidance and addresses questions and concerns of residents, staff and visitors as a customer service champion.
Responsibilities
- Assist with office work, filing, distribution of interoffice mail Answer calls take requests follow up on work orders from residents and staff Enter distribute complete all work orders through the Mainstar Program generating reports as needed Maintain the schedules and work orders for Housekeeping Organize maintain update program records including residential apartment vendor information for billing purposes Maintain inventory of office supplies for General Services
