- Support all aspects of proposal pricing and cost development.
- Prepare accurate labor, travel, material, and other cost estimates in response to RFQs and data calls.
- Develop comprehensive price proposals and cost/price volumes aligned with solicitation requirements.
- Gather and analyze cost data from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers; perform and document cost/price analyses.
- Partner with Project Managers to advise on pricing strategy, compliance, and best-value solutions.
- Lead price reviews and deliver insights to key stakeholders.
- Build dynamic, scenario-based pricing tools to guide management decision-making in real time.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism, independence, and sound judgment.
- Bachelor's degree required (relevant experience may substitute).
- Preferred 3-5 years of professional experience in government pricing.
- Background in manufacturing cost estimation strongly preferred.
- Strong Excel skills required; prior experience with Deltek Costpoint is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
