- Visit doctor's offices and other practices to educate them on Noble Health Services and our patient care programs and services
- Responsible to develop a system to effectively, and continually identify prospective new clients
- Develop appropriate sales initiatives, including cold calls, direct mail, phone/internet contact, and office visits
- Maintains and develops professional relationships with doctors and others in the health service professions
- Provide communication, written and verbal, to Facility Management about service concerns and issues at the various customer locations
- Maintain consistent follow through on all reported customer concerns and report to management
- Provide various customer service programs as requested (i.e. training, in-services)
- Responsible to maintain an awareness of developments in the Pharmacy and Health Care Services fields that relate to job responsibilities and integrates them into own practice
- Maintains confidentiality regarding all patient information
- Facilitates communication between professional staff and pharmacy personnel
- Assists in meeting or exceeding budgetary sales guidelines and operating the pharmacy within said guidelines
- Interface with various auditors and outside agencies, as needed
- Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
