Job Title: Commercial Estimator

Location: Panama City, Florida (on-site)

Responsibilities:

• Estimate project-specific trades and materials for various construction projects.
• Utilize estimating software and take-off programs proficiently.
• Conduct thorough research, data analysis, and employ estimation metrics.
• Visit sites, warehouses, and other locations to gather essential project information.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all estimates.
• Contribute to the organization's project management process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Estimating software (Bluebeam/PlanHub).

Salary:

• $75,000 - $100,000 based on skills and experience.
