- Conduct market research and generate leads through cold calls and market analysis, targeting property management firms, building owners, facility managers, and more.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with target accounts, setting up Lunch and Learns to engage potential and existing clients.
- Follow up with clients after initial meetings to coordinate roofing inspections, work, and related services.
- Maintain a comprehensive database to track weekly activities for management review.
- Participate actively in local associations such as BOMA and IFMA, building relationships with key individuals and promoting the "Empire Way."
- Sell work at specified sales margins and markup costs, achieving sales goals set by management.
- Develop and maintain industry relationships to enhance business opportunities.
- Prepare detailed job estimate packages, including comprehensive descriptions, roof maps, photographs, measurements, and core cuts.
- Obtain management approval for all proposals before delivering them to clients.
- Communicate any scheduling changes for sold projects as needed.

In this role, you will play a vital part in identifying roofing needs for clients and property owners, providing consultative services, and ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service that reflects the Empire Roofing culture.
The ideal candidate will have roofing sales or project management experience and a strong track record of exceeding customer expectations.
As a Sales Estimator at Empire Roofing, you will lead interactions with external and internal customers, consistently exceeding expectations and promoting the Empire Roofing culture.
This role requires independent judgment, decision-making, and a commitment to delivering value that positively impacts our clients' businesses, resulting in retention and growth.
You will facilitate account review meetings with leadership, coordinate Lunch and Learns, and build partnerships with property management firms, building owners, and facility managers.
This position is integral to the business development of the Empire brand and services, encompassing roof replacement, maintenance, repair, and waterproofing services.
