The Procurement Systems Analyst II is responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the procurement system to ensure the system functionalities align with the end-to-end procurement process from vendor onboarding through sourcing, contracting, and procureto-pay cycle.This position applies logic and accuracy to troubleshoot system issues determine root cause viable solutions develops test plans coordinates User Acceptance Testing UAT validation documents test results This individual supports short long term operational business initiatives for Procurement Department has primary responsibilities include implementing new systems processes that comply organization policies participating in system enhancement upgrade efforts performing analyses identify opportunities optimizing procurement operation developing userfriendly training materials providing training internal external stakeholders When performing role Procurement Systems Analyst actively seeks guidance consultation approval members procurement team legal team business owners departments needed
