- Maintain accurate attendance records and communicate with Harvesting Management with requests for days off.
- Must get an actual count the containers and enter the information accurately in the I-Harvest tablets.
- Prior to taking a lunch, must make sure all containers are out of the house.
- Must review all the containers for workmanship and in-weights. Extraneous material, sizing, miscuts, etc.
- Houses need to be checked prior to moving to the next house to ensure proper harvesting procedures have been followed.
- Must understand and enforce company safety and food safety standards.
- Must arrive at least 15 minutes before the harvester start time to get the mushroom orders and prepare harvesting area.
- Mushroom containers are being separated and stacked according to grade and size.
- Needs to immediately report to Harvesting Management any social or physical issues with the team.
- Make sure picking tickets are put into each container except for the opens.
- Responsible for making sure all orders are complete.
