M-F 8 am-5 PM CST.

$25/hr on w2 without benefits.
Job Description
Per Federal Law, Marijuana is part of the drug screening process and not permitted even if authorized locally.
US Citizenship required. GE Aerospace requires First Advantage background check.

| Top 2 Skills Deskside, and Customer Service | Shift M-F 8 am-5 PM CST.
Deskside role troubleshooting of hardware and software images, IMAC tasks, no on-call. A+ certification is a plus, experience a minimum of 2 years' experience.
Breakdown, move and setup end users PCs and peripherals.
Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot, software and computer peripherals. Ability to setup, configure and add all hardware.
Assure that all tickets requiring follow up work and/or calls receive appropriate attention.
Comfortable with face-to-face interactions as will be required to provide technical support to end users in-person at the customer's site.
Back up and burn end user data.Experience working in enterprise environment.
Be physically able to lift up to 40lbs, bend, crawl, and lay in order to support customer computer systems.
Be able to be on feet and physically walk potentially a good portion of the day while visiting customers work area.
Interview Process:
1) Phone screening
2) Video Microsoft Teams meeting with Customer
3) Onsite visit with Customer including interview and tour.
